hey all I got a longer post coming tomorrow I just wanted to share some good news that happened this weekend

A got Time Crisis for the PS2 never opened with gun for $50! (Score! and hello cramping hand!)

And B I did some work on a prop for my next outfit and I was shocked! If the weather is good all week it will be done by this coming weekend! ^_^ I love it when I get ahead in the game of Cosplaying

I will not say what it is but I will give you a pic that hints to what it is ^_^

Hey all well I am going to give a brief over view of Otakon.

I loved it Despite the Cop on the NJ Turn Pike, The crazy last minute stuff that went wrong when setting up for the Masquerade and all it was really fun.

I bought three gundam models The Impulse the Full Burst version of Destiny and (the love of this show) Strike Freedom Full burst mode OMG this model is sexy will post pics when they are done. I wish i had more time on Saturday (things kinda took long and ate the day) and I wish I went to more panels I have no clue why i didn't. I also was very happy to see the Eva movie (It rocks!) and I can;t wait to see the next one. But all in all i would go back to Otakon.

As for the Masquerade, I was not happy with my performance...The skit was amazing and it rocked hard core, i just feel like I was not up to par on my end of the skit which I am determine to improve upon for the next skit I do for Katsucon next year (Is it sad that i have a room booked already?) For those who didn't get a good look at the amazing prop Robin built (I helped but she did the bulk of the work) here is a nice clear pic.













yeah I was very happy with these babies and I hope you love them too, yes those are real stain glass and we did cut and put that all to gather form scratch (I most did cutting she did the rest)

But yeah next Convention is Ny Anime Fest (I am doing work for A Friends radio Show) and then NY comic con and Katsucon! I plan to do a skit that raises my game to the next level. I think people will enjoy it but I am sure some will kill me for what i do I juts hope it the response to it at the show is a good one ^_^ I know it seems odd that i am planning now but hey i have nothing else to do and i want to be set and done with my Skit outfit no later the January this way i can relax before hand and since I got time and a big prop to build I think I am good for it

If anyone wants to join up with my crew let me know I am ordering Tickets in September so they are cheaper, and I have rooms (3) so let me know if you want to join in on either the room the ticket or the skit or multiples.

well i been out of the loop for a while so here is a bit of a up-date for everyone.

First and For most Current Events

yeah big things are happening Poor MJ died and so did Ed Mcmahon Farrah Fawcett. Now I feel a bit sad, not just these people died, but because Fawcett and Mcmahon have been pushed aside for MJ, Larry king was going to do a whole show dedicated to Fawcett tonight but as soon as the new about Micheal Jackson came along his whole show changed to a tribute to Micheal. My reason for this is simple and it can be answered with a question, "Would Jackosn's death be just as big and just as covered if he wasn't put on trail?" I personally feel that much of this coverage is becasue he had a tarnished record. yes it was a shock and out of the blue, but I bet money that if he didn;t have a scandal to his name Larry king would have done a half and half show rather then a full show about Jackson. I see it alot, when a famous perosn who hade a "Clean" record in terms of media coverage, they get a article in the paper, a small story on the 11 o'clock news, and thats about it, when someone famopus is sued for molestation or something just as terrible then all programming stops and it is now all about there lives.

Don't get me wrong its sad that Jaskson died and out of the blue, (I wasn;t a major fan of his music but some I liked) but still. One Dj made a interesting point on the radio, when he was alive and all the trial stuff was going on, a lot of people (including me) were going shame shame shame turning their backs on him and didn't want to give him a chance at all. He never even got a chance to make up for it (Guilty or not) and no one ever stop to think maybe this man needs help professional help, but now that he is dead everyone is all tears and singing a different tune so it got to make you think, are we only sympathetic when tragedy of death is consered and when the problem is not life or death do we not give a damn?

I kinda agree, Many condemned the man and never thought maybe he needs help but are quick to feel sad that he died cause to not be would make you look bad. (I am sure many will look down on me for writing this but when it comes to matters of detah I tend to be a bit stone hearted).

And thats all i have to say about that.

I do not feel like posting pics right now but I am almost done with Roy you can see my updates here, I do hope I run into Cat and Felisha since I pretty sure they are going to Otakon too cause I miss them and should try and reach out more when i am on AIM (as well as many other firends I have lost touch with). I am going to be in a skit for Otakon so that should be fun and i already have Ktasucon planned out and depending on how that goes i might be killed when Cat and Felisha see what I do 9your either going to love it or kill me) I have the rest of my outfits done its just Roy that needs work, not sure what my final costume list will be but I will have it down soon (Hopefully)

Life:

Sucks, I still work at Target Hofstra told me it will be a Act of God if i get a real job, (What a way to spend money for a education that means jack it seems) Got me a X-box 360 pro for $107 (Yay for having access to the expert zone!) Still single, I will most likely have a whole post on that when the dreaded one year anniversary comes along. Ok not all bad I see some friends still I wish i chilled with more but That's what happens when no ones around I guess.

Well that is all i really can say for now, I will try to be on more often then not, and I will let you know what happens at Otakon

it's been a wail since I posted so i thought I do a Cosplay post update for those out there who read this and have a general interest in the world of Cosplay.

I am going to Katsucon this year and I have planned on a few outfits...well I ALWAYS plan to do a few the question is will I get them all done? well i am working hard to try and get them all done so lets hope for now here is the Run Down.

Roy (Fire Emblem) I have all the fabric and the pants have been cut out I just need to get on it so i say its 1% done

Jasdavi (D.Grey-man) I got the Wig and the fabric that is it.

Light Yagami (Deathnote) Done I got lazy and just bought a shirt and that is it ^_^

Skit Out fit: I have started on the Hardest part of the outfit so far it is going smoothly with out problems. I am hoping to start this weekend on the Second hardest part of the outfit wish me luck!

Well that is all for now I do have a skit all set up and i have the old Katsucon form filled so I can fill out this years a bit faster the day reg. starts in hopes I can get in this year cause I think this is pure Gold ^_^ wish me luck on that!

I been meaning to post this but never got a chance lately, I got a Promotion at Work! I am now the Entertainment Specialist at Target! Now all I got to do is work hard to make sure that doesn't mean I turn into a overly paid Cashier like the Electronics Specialist.

But yeah I got a raise and now I can Update my resume again! And i get to see Avenue Q this Thursday FINALLY its been only just a year and a half I been trying to see it lol, and my social life might be improving ^_^

Looks like its time to send my Emails out to the usual places. Will post hopefully sooner next time and with more good news.

I woke up this morning and I now say, My life starts a new today!

I have been doing some thinking and I now Plan to take actions I should have done a long time ago but was too I guess blind to see it sooner. I also took a chance and I am glade I did cause if things go well and I am not stupid about it then life will be just that much better.

I will not go into details cause well each time I do it tends to make everything bad that could happen happen.

I am going to get a new car this week (Or at lest try) which will be sweet cause My Poor Lil (My Van for those who do not know)is costing me to much gas money and she is getting on in years. So I am going to pull some cash together and try for what I think is going to be a good investment ^_^.

I am also planning on taking a Bosies (That art school) class on Final Cut Pro, (Now I have another reason to contact Technicolor again!) and I am thinking about posting on cregs list my services as a Free Lance Videoagrapher to try and make some extra cash and have something else to put on my resume. I also going to check out this program Robin mentioned to me that might be able to give me some help in the job hunt department.

Me and Kyle are getting our project up and running (BTW good luck on the job hunt Kyle!) And I am looking forward to seeing it develop more as we work on it.

All in all things I feel are looking good, and if I am not lazy and keep at it maybe this time it will be good if not great.

Also HAPPY B-DAY Dorin! I sent you a voice mail sorry I didn't get back to you sooner Things have been crazy. But I wish you best wishes and I hope you are having fun with what ever you are doing with who ever your doing it with!

I have done some thinking.

Am I completely Ok? Not really, I still have mixed emotions and they keep playing tricks on me, My mind says i am fine but the heart is something that knows no logic. I have mood swings but that is natural I am sure.

I said alot of things on the journal and myspace. Did I mean them? No. Not many people know this but when i get angry and sad I tend to twist things to make me feel better. After sometime I have done some thinking and I have to come to terms that I am not blameless I have done my fair share. Personally I feel like I am more responsible then her for what happened. Why? Cause I have been looking back and I feel that maybe I could have done more. I feel I was taking her love for granted. And to be honest if I was happy and she wasn;t then it must have been my fault.

We have been talking, I kinda screwed up big time. I have taken steps to fix things, i took down my posts of hate cause If I am doing damage I want to stop it. I do not want to make things worse I want to make them better. I want her to see me as a friend. She is right to be mad at me, but I still think we can make this work.

I hope that things will get better, and I really hope that I can redeem myself in her eyes. Cause We had something beautiful and I have no right to trash it. She did all that she could to make this easy, and I decided to be a Jack Ass and make it difficult. But One thing is true I have the power to make it right and I will do all in my power to make it so.

This will be the last time I post about this issue, Because the more I harp the more it will be hard for the both of us. Form here its time to move forward. What ever happens happens, Robin I hope that you find what it is you are looking for and if you need a friend I am here

Sometimes I feel like I am just sending out a resume for no reason but to be compared too.

I send out all these Emails, and I get no responce what so ever. The Big name places all want jobs I really do not have enough XP for me to think i can handle it (Mostly cause its not ground level stuff) so What is the point at this stage?

I would feel better if someone would just damn well email me saying they have no job openings. Cause right now I feel they take my Resume put it in a folder and when Ted who was fired for alot of Bullshit he pulled last time comes looking for his old job they place my Resume next to his so he looks better cause he got the XP and they just go, "Well either this Ass who works at Target cause no one will give him a shot, or Ted who has 5 years worth of Fucks ups under his Belt."..."At lest Ted has more years then the other guy."

Yeah I am not feeling all too great, I know it sounds a bit emo and such but right now really, God if all I will ever get is working at Target and living in my parents house for the rest of my life just kill me now cause that will be less painful then this...

lol, The Power I always wanted is Teleportation, because I think it is a amazing power to have, I Find myself at times thinking how I wish I could just Port away to somewhere, and the concept of it is just great.

Ok I am going to updte as best i can.

One Anime Boston Rocked! Day one was a bit shaky we got there and my Dark Ace decided to fall apart at every turn, and we spent pretty much the whole day getting our passes. On line I saw a Beyakuya on the no pre-reg line (I was Bonki Ichigo) and we hade a small bought as we waited I lost but it rocked!. I managed to gte Dark Ace up and working for a Photo Shoot with Cat which was great! By the way Cat would it be cool if I used one or two pics from Paul's site for my Gallery on Cosplay.com? On Saturday I picked up "Go Dannar!" (Am Must see it is funny and great and just sweet to watch) Went to the Cos-play Contest which was amazing! now my friend wants to do Baserk Cosplay and I am up for doing Griffith so we will see what happens there. Suday I went to the dealers room and we headed home. All and All, I would do it again in a heart beat cause it was alot of fun!

I started playing 40k again cause I just discovered that James, Phil and MAtt go to my game store to play, so Now i run a Chaos army ^_^

The Pool was taken down =-( so no more swimming for me, I am running a On-line werewolf game that is open to all people who went to hofstra just go to this site and register and ask me for the password and I will help you build a character and all that good stuff. (Its all on-line)

My life has gotten less drama in it after some things were squared away and all on the same page which is great.

Now for some big news! REALLY BIG NEWS!
I have a Interview for a Job (Not Internship) a JOB! at Techincolor ^_^ I am completely blown away! Dorin you were right and I thank you for telling me to hold in there!
Ok, here is what happened.

I hade to pick up something from them when i was at Goldcrest, just recently I got into a fight with my mom and was mad, for some reason i thought she would start accusing me that I do not try to find a job so I looked and looked until i found the place on-line and sent a Email to a Costumer Rep in the Film production section asking if there was a job open. About two minutes later I got a copy of a email that the guy I contacted was sending to a higher up telling him to look into me. I went "Ok he is going to tell me about their internship program...Ok I have two days open I will deal" well today they call me and he starts talking about Job Openings, and I was like O.O job!? not a Internship?! and I was like on cloud 9 i was all happy I told them when I can come in and they said they see what they could do with getting a interview set up and i was all happy and nuts cause This is a Job! I am getting a interview for a job! in Film! ^_^ I was so happy I locked my self out of the house and didn't noticed until I tried to get back in lol. So I plan on going through all my videos from high school,and Hofstra, (Damn it I wish I still had "When September ends"! Does anyone think that I might be able to get my old Professor to let me make a copy of the one I handed in?) Any way so I am going to make that and get my best outfit pressed and do my best to try and get this job! So wish me luck and I will tell you all about it once it is done!
